Diamond Honing Rod 25cm

Diamond honing rods are highly abrasive compared to the other honing rod options (e.g. ceramic or steel). As such, it's ideal for sharpening high hardness steels like SG2 or ZDP189.

This Diamond Honing Rod has the basic functionalities at a fraction of the price when compared to the other brand we have - Kanetsugu. 

Honing rods are not a replacement for sharpening stones, but they are great for maintaining the sharpness of your blade in between whetstone sharpenings. After several uses of the honing rod, the knife may not become resharpened. At this point, you must use a sharpening stone to creating a new cutting edge on your knife.
