Hasegawa Cutting Board Lifter H-45mm (One Pair)

Hasegawa's cutting board lifter is much more than meets the eye.

Firstly and probably most importantly, these lifters feature Hasegawa's non-slip grip mats which provide insane grip on many surfaces. This stabilises the cutting board without the need to use a damp cloth underneath the board (which may be unsanitary). This allows you to use both sides of the board without needing to wash in between cutting sessions.

Next, lifting the board allows you to store equipment underneath the board, which increases working space in our already cramped kitchens. You may also stow a tray underneath the board to sweep chopped ingredients safely onto the tray, maximising workflow efficiency.

Lastly, the lifters are dishwasher safe, so they are as easy to sanitise as Hasegawa cutting boards. Making clean up a breeze.
