Naniwa Traditional "Green Brick of Joy" 2000

Technically this should be called the "Little Brick of Joy" since it is the smaller version of the iconic and very large "Green Brick of Joy" by Naniwa. The formulation is the same, the only difference is in its size.

After trying it for ourselves, we understand why people love the green brick, its buttery smooth, decently hard and creates a toothy finish that easily grabs onto vegetables and proteins while not destroying the integrity of the ingredients. Truly a joy to use! This would be a great stone for those who prefer to touch up their edge regularly, just sharpen on this one stone and you're good to go!

This Whetstone is:
- Non Soaking - Splash and Go
- Medium Hard Stone - Has a buttery feel and great feedback
- Medium Hard Wearing - This stone dishes quite slowly

Troubleshooting:
If your edge is sharp in some areas but not in others, check that you have deburred consistently throughout the edge. Also, make sure you have a consistent sharpening angle throughout the length of the blade.
