For a long time we were in search of an affordable, portable and high accuracy digital scale that every chef, baker, barista and bartender could keep in their tool bag. Its 0.01g resolution allows you to accurately weigh extremely small amounts of ingredients like matcha, sodium alginate or yeast. The timer allows you to accurately time and weigh pour-overs and espresso extraction, making this a truly versatile scale when it comes to making drinks, food or bakes.

In addition to the high accuracy, this scale has a few notable features:

1) Dual battery modes - this scale has an built-in rechargeable battery that lasts between 2 to 3 months of daily use (for pour-overs). You may also use 2 x AAA Batteries to power the scale if the built-in battery ever runs out mid-way through usage.
